1. Acceptance of these Terms1. قبول هذه الشروط

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. إن لم توافق على هذه الشروط، فلا تستخدم الخدمة. وإن كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن جهة، فأنت تُقرّ بأنك مخوّل بإلزامها.

Submitting the contact / early-access form does not create any obligation for us to provide the Service. We may contact you about your request. The Service, including the DaddyHug name, logo, "The Father's Function" mark, text, and design, is owned by DaddyHug, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You agree to indemnify and hold DaddyHug, Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. توافق على تعويض شركة DaddyHug, Inc. وإبراء ذمّتها من أي مطالبات تنشأ عن إساءة استخدامك للخدمة أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.

10. Governing law10. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية ديلاوير الأمريكية، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين. وتخضع النزاعات للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم ولاية ديلاوير الولائية والفيدرالية.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms11. تغييرات على الخدمة أو الشروط

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. قد نُعدّل الخدمة أو هذه الشروط في أي وقت. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد سريان التغييرات يعني قبولك الشروط المُحدَّثة.
